We offer free international shipping for all orders over $75. For orders under $75, we charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $9. For faster delivery, you can opt to upgrade to express shipping, see rates below. Place your order before 1pm EST to get it shipped that day :)

STANDARD SHIPPING

The following countries must provide a PO Box delivery address when using standard shipping: Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE

The following countries must provide a street address when using standard shipping: Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express international shipping can only be delivered to a street address. We do not ship via express to PO boxes.

Delivery times cannot be guaranteed by Mariam Z. Orders received before 1:00 pm EST will be sent same day; subsequent orders are shipped the next business day. Any delays post-despatchment will be out of our control and will be the responsibility of the shipping company.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When we send out your order, you will receive an email notification from DHL with your tracking number. You can track your item using the code you are given 1-2 days after by clicking HERE for Standard Shipping and HERE for Express. If you have not received your tracking number, and wish to track your order, email us at info@mariamz.com

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While we do our best to avoid customs duties and taxes on International orders, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, you are required to pay all Duties and Taxes on the order. RETURNS POLICY

• RETURN PROCESS FOR CARD PAYMENTS & PAYPAL

  If you have checked out using a credit or debit card payment or PayPal we will happily offer store credit for the item/s so that you can pick something more suitable.

  If your total order value, after your items are returned, comes to less than the $50 free shipping threshold, an additional $7 will be deducted from your store credit as per our shipping policy.

  PROCEDURE

  Returns are processed within five business days of receiving your item/s.

  All returns will be automatically processed for store credit.

  If an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using that store credit on our website.

  You must have / create an account with Mariam Z before we can issue your store credit.

  You will receive an email with details of the store credit once your return is processed.

  TIME PERIOD

  Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item.

  If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception.

  Any returns accepted outside this period may be subject to a restocking fee.

  If the tracking of your return shows it has been delivered to our warehouse, but you have not received a credit within five business days of the delivery date, please follow up with our Customer Happiness Team.

• INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Because of longer shipping times internationally, we do not include shipping time in this 14 day period, so you will have ample time to return your item. (I.e. you have 14 days from when you receive the product to when you send it back).

  If a return is sent outside of this time frame, we will use our discretion as to whether we can make an exception.

  Any returns accepted outside this period may be subject to a restocking fee.

• RETURNS PROCESS FOR FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS

  If you're looking to return a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Happiness Team, so we can resolve this for you.

  If a refund is granted it will be issued using the method you used to pay.

• RETURN REQUIREMENTS

  Returns must be received in original condition as defined below:

  - Unworn

  - Unwashed

  - Unstained

  - Unperfumed

  - Tags still attached

  - In its correct bag (please check the barcode label matches garment name on tag)

  All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

  For hygienic reasons; cosmetics, hosiery, hair accessories, hats, lingerie sets and bottoms, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.

  Items which are not received in their original condition as defined above will automatically be returned to sender, so please take due care when trying on your order.

  In particular, take care not to get makeup/deodorant/perfume on the garment.

  In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

  For your convenience, we offer the option to prepay for a return shipping label for all our Australian shoppers.

  You will be asked to provide your Mariam Z order number and contact details.

  Once you submit your payment, you will be emailed a postage label.

  Print and attach it to the front of the parcel.

  Then just drop it in your nearest Australia Post box.

  If you do not wish to use the prepaid return label method, of course you can use your preferred method to send the return back to us.

  RETURN TRACKING

  We recommend that you use a traceable shipping method for all returns.

  If you generate a shipping label through our return portal above, it automatically has tracking.

  In the event that your parcel is lost, and doesn’t have tracking, Mariam Z is limited in what we can do to compensate you.
